Best Compounded GLP-1 Programs, Ranked

Prices verified May 2026 · Compare GLP-1 Editorial Team

TL;DR Verdict

We evaluated compounded GLP-1 providers on pharmacy sourcing transparency, clinical oversight quality, pricing honesty, and LegitScript certification. These are the programs we'd recommend to someone we actually care about — not just the ones that pay the highest commissions.

Why This Ranking Exists

The compounded GLP-1 market exploded in 2024–2025, and with it came a flood of providers ranging from clinically rigorous operations to barely-regulated prescription mills. Not all compounded programs are equal, and the differences matter for your safety.

We evaluated providers on four weighted criteria: pharmacy sourcing (503A vs. 503B, LegitScript certification), clinical oversight (intake thoroughness, provider access, monitoring), pricing transparency (all-in cost, no hidden fees), and patient experience (support quality, shipping speed, communication).

We disclose affiliate relationships with several providers on this list. Affiliate status does not influence our rankings — providers cannot pay for higher placement. See our methodology page for details.

How to Evaluate Any Compounded Provider

Even if a provider isn't on this list, you can evaluate them yourself. Ask these questions before committing:

Where is the medication compounded? 503B outsourcing facilities operate under FDA oversight. 503A pharmacies operate under state board oversight. Both can produce safe medication, but 503B facilities have more rigorous manufacturing standards.

Is the provider LegitScript-certified? LegitScript certification means the provider has been independently verified as operating within legal and regulatory requirements.

What's the all-in monthly cost at maintenance dose? Not the introductory price. Not the lowest dose. The actual cost you'll pay once you reach your target dose.

Can you contact a provider between scheduled visits? If the answer is no, that's a red flag for ongoing clinical oversight.
