Editorial Independence
Compare GLP-1 is operated by Scout Theory LLC. We earn affiliate commissions when visitors click through to provider websites. This is how we fund the site.
However, affiliate relationships never influence rankings. Providers cannot pay for higher placement, favorable reviews, or preferential treatment in our quiz results. Our comparison table is ordered by verified monthly price, lowest to highest.
Scoring Criteria
Every provider is evaluated across five weighted categories. These weights reflect what matters most to people comparing GLP-1 options.
Pricing Transparency
Total monthly cost including consultation fees, membership fees, shipping, and medication. We verify pricing directly and penalize hidden fees.
Safety & Compliance
Pharmacy type (503a vs 503b), LegitScript certification, FDA warning letters, PCAB accreditation, and whether third-party COAs are available.
Service Quality
What's included: physician consultation, ongoing monitoring, dosage titration support, customer service responsiveness, and cancellation flexibility.
Medication Options
Available compounds (semaglutide, tirzepatide), delivery formats (injectable, oral, sublingual, lozenges), and dosage flexibility.
User Experience
Website clarity, signup friction, shipping speed, HSA/FSA acceptance, insurance coordination, and mobile app availability.
How We Collect Data
Provider pricing verified directly
We visit each provider's website, go through the signup flow, and record total monthly costs including all fees. No reliance on self-reported data.
Safety credentials checked
We verify pharmacy type, search the FDA's enforcement database for warning letters, check LegitScript certification status, and look for PCAB accreditation.
Service features catalogued
What's included in the price? Consultation, follow-ups, medication, shipping. We document what each provider bundles vs. charges separately.
Monthly review cycle
Prices and features change. We re-verify all provider data on a monthly cycle. The "Updated" date on each page reflects the last full review.

We will remove or flag a provider from our comparison for any of the following:

Quiz Matching Logic
Our provider quiz uses a weighted scoring algorithm based on your answers. Each provider receives points across five dimensions — budget fit, medication type, delivery format, insurance needs, and your stated priority.
The algorithm does not favor providers with higher affiliate payouts. A provider paying us $350 per conversion is scored identically to one paying $100. Results are sorted purely by match score.
Update Schedule
Our data reflects the most recent verification cycle. We aim to keep pricing accurate within a 30-day window.
