What is orforglipron?
Orforglipron is the active ingredient in Foundayo, a once-daily GLP-1 pill from Eli Lilly. FDA approved it on April 1, 2026 for weight management in adults with obesity, or with overweight and a weight-related condition.
How much does Foundayo cost?
Self-pay through LillyDirect it costs $149 a month at 0.8 and 2.5 mg, $199 at 5.5 mg and $299 at 9 mg and higher. With commercial coverage, the savings card can bring it to $25.
Can I get compounded orforglipron?
